ZX Spectrum Repair Shenanigans

I recently acquired a faulty ZX Spectrum 48 and although it’s probably beyond economical repair, I’ve made it my mission to resurrect it..   Along the way I made a diagnostic Spectrum ROM replacement which may be of use to others.. Anyway, here’s the story so far.
