A .BMP Image to C64 Sprite Converter

I needed a util to convert PC-drawn graphics to Commodore 64 sprites. This meant either trawling the net to find something that exactly fitted my requirements or b) Firing up Purebasic and making my own.  Guess which option I went for :)
